We offer free shipping on all orders over $35! Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from our New Richmond, Wisconsin studio. Returns are allowed within 7 days of product delivery for non-personalized items - Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Exchanges are on a case by case basis. Please contact us for further information as necessary.

We mainly ship small orders through USPS using their First Class Service, but can be upgraded to Priority for an additional fee. Larger package service will be shipped utilizing UPS Ground.

Typically, orders take 2-5 business days to ship with another 2-5 business days for package delivery assuming USPS First Class Service.

We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. At this time, we do not ship international.
