Balancing full-time jobs and raising two kids, we pour our hearts into every item we create, ensuring that what you get is exactly what you want — and more. Returns are allowed within 7 days of product delivery for non-personalized items - Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Exchanges are on a case by case basis. Please contact us for further information as necessary.

Production and delivery timelines can vary, but most custom products take 1-2 weeks from order to delivery. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

We mainly ship small orders through USPS using their First Class Service, but can be upgraded to Priority for an additional fee. Larger package service will be shipped utilizing UPS Ground.

Typically, orders take 2-5 business days to ship with another 2-5 business days for package delivery assuming USPS First Class Service.
